Ifwithinfifteen(15)yearsfromthedateofinvoiceorcontractwiththeend-userclient,panelpoweroutputislessthan90%oftheminimumPeakPoweratSTCundernormalapplication,installationandserviceconditionsasspecifiedinSunflowerSolarProductDataSheet,andisdeterminedbySunflowerSolar(atitssoleandabsolutediscretion)tobeduetodefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship,anewpanelwillbeprovidedtosolvethepowerdeficiencyorthedefectivepanelwillbereplacedatthediscretionofSunflowerSolar.
Ifwithintwenty-five(25)years,panelpoweroutputislessthan80%oftheminimumPeakPoweratSTCundernormalapplication,installationandserviceconditionsasspecifiedinSunflowerSolarProductDataSheet,andisdeterminedbySunflowerSolar(atitssoleandabsolutediscretion)tobeduetodefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship,anewpanelwillbeprovidetosolvethepowerdeficiencyorthedefectiveModulewillbereplacedatthediscretionofSunflowerSolar.
