After the recent resignation of Michael Wilhelm in his position as Sunways chairman, LDK Solar , Sunways majority shareholder has appointed Mario Zen in the vacated position.
Zen is currently vice president business development of LDK Solar and Managing Director of LDK Solar Europe.
The Management Board of Sunways AG includes Jörg von Strom, procurement, production and supply chain and Jürgen Frei, head of marketing and distribution.
