Solar Green Technology builds 7.8MW rooftop PV projects in Italy - SolarStar

Solar  Green Technology (SGT), an Italy-based specialist in the design, installation and construction of PV plants, has designed and built 7.8MW worth of PV projects  in Italy.

The PV arrays are part of a larger project called Century which consists of industrial rooftop PV arrays with capacities ranging between 300kW and 1MW located throughout Italy. When the Century project is completed, it will have a total capacity of 12MW.

SGT’s parent company LDK Solar provided 40% of the financing for the 7.8MW PV projects. All the projects will benefit from Italy’s Fourth Conto Energia incentive programme which was launched in May 2011.
